We are fundamentally 'Love', created from and of Love. From that love we created our body and personality for, and of, our soul or self to merge with its creation and experience the physical plane polarity, an aspect of our self lowers its frequencies, at the same time forgetting its 'self'. However, as a hologram, it contains "All that Is".
Our programmed self is an aspect of our personality and part of the collective programming. Over many generations we have amassed fear-based conditioning resulting in a self serving programmed self, focused on survival, dominant and controlling. Yet, as a result we have become aware of what we don't want, which means we can focus on and choose what we do want. We have have arrived at our individual and collective Ascension.
According to the Law of Attraction, what we put out we get back, so if our focus is from survival fear (programming), we will attract or create the fear based experiences we don't want. As we become more able to focus and choose from our hearts, then the experiences we create or attract are of that heart based frequency.
